Chelsey Kub, ARA, AM, Appraiser, Managing Partner
Chelsey Kub is a Certified General Appraiser. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness in May of 2014. Chelsey grew up in a small farming community in central Minnesota and spent a great deal of time on her family’s farm. Before joining the Crown Appraisal team, Chelsey was a retail Sales Agronomist for five years in southeast North Dakota, specializing in the sale and procurement of crop inputs. Chelsey earned her ARA Accredited Rural Appraiser designation from ASFMRA in 2025.
