Jeff has spent the last 25+ years in the grain, seed, and fertilizer industry. If you’re looking for a highly qualified, experienced appraiser for property or equipment, contact Jeff. Jeff is a Minnesota native with over 35 years of appraisal experience. In today’s increasingly intensive and complicated market, Jeff’s education and experience uniquely qualify him to appraise equipment-intensive agribusiness facilities.

Tyler is a Certified General Appraiser in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Tyler graduated from Minnesota State University Moorhead with a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting in December of 2014. Tyler has an agricultural background growing up on a dairy farm in central Minnesota. Along with his farmhand attributes, he has prior work experience as an accountant analyzing financial statements and working with spreadsheets. Tyler received his CPA designation in December 2015, his ABV business valuation designation in 2018, and his ARA Accredited Rural Appraiser designation in 2020. Chelsey Kub is a Certified General Appraiser. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agribusiness in May of 2014. Chelsey grew up in a small farming community in central Minnesota and spent a great deal of time on her family’s farm. Prior to joining the Crown Appraisal’s team, Chelsey was a retail Sales Agronomist for five years in southeast North Dakota where she specialized in sales and procurement of crop inputs. Jared Oachs an Apprentice Appraiser. He graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics in December of 2017. Jared was raised on a fourth-generation farm in west central Minnesota and served as a agricultural loan officer for six years prior to joining the Crown Appraisal’s team. Brian is a Certified General Appraiser in Minnesota, North Dakota, and South Dakota. Brian is a native of Barnesville, MN. He received a Bachelor’s degree in Business fro m Concordia College in Moorhead, MN and a Master’s degree from the University of Minnesota. He earned his ARA designation from the ASFMRA in 2011 and his MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute in 2021. Katrina graduated from the Minnesota School of Business/Globe University in St. Cloud, MN with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. She gained exposure to agriculture while growing up on a small hobby farm in central Minnesota. Katrina’s work experience has been in Retail Industry where she worked the governmental and corporate accounts to settle and apply account payments for a large hardware retailer. She assisted in customer service troubleshooting along with tending to cash handling. Katrina started with Crown Appraisals in November 2014 as the Office Manager. Megan is a Certified General Appraiser. She graduated from North Dakota State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics in December of 2016. Megan grew up on a grain and sugarbeet farm in southeast North Dakota, and she has previously worked for her hometown grain elevator and for a U.S. government entity. Joy graduated from Bethel University with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management. She grew up on a dairy farm in west central Minnesota. Prior to joining the Crown Appraisal’s team, Joy managed a collision repair business, where she was responsible for writing repair estimates, scheduling, bookkeeping, and day to day operations. Joy started with Crown Appraisals in May 2021 as Accounting Administrative Assistant. Her focus is assisting with financial analysis, research, and production of appraisals.
